We are having an urgent opening for the position of Accountant for a reputed company for Navi Mumbai(Kharghar) location.
Job Description:
• Good Knowledge of MIS queries.
• Good experience in maintaining, managing, and updating data.
• Tracking of Daily Revenue
• Knowledge of accounting principles.
• Experience in Company Accounts and MIS.
• Good knowledge of TDS, GST, Service Tax, and Income Tax.
• A thorough understanding of accounting and reporting.
• Reviewing the documents from a legal perspective and giving comments on the same.
• Preparing the invoices
• Keeping a track of the taxes deducted at source and service tax collected during the month, sending a monthly sheet to Auditors, and assisting the auditors in depositing the taxes with the Government.
• Keeping a track of all monthly payments and ensuring that the payments are made on time after deducting the necessary tax at source.
• Creating various MIS reports on a weekly, monthly, half-yearly, annual, and as-needed basis.
• Working with external partners such as the CA firm to ensure clean and timely year-end audit
• Interface with other departments to verify transaction report data and issues.
• Any other work as assigned by Seniors
• Accounts Finalization
Key Competencies:
• Proven experience as an Accounts AM/Manager
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, Google Spreadsheets, Tally
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Good written & communication skills in English.
