A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in QuickBooks and other financial management software
Solid understanding of financial processes, including A/R, GL, and monthly reporting
Exceptional knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization
Attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
A proactive problem-solver who can work independently and as part of a team

As a Permanent Accountant, your duties will include but are not limited to

Conducting monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance
Analyzing financial reports and providing insights to the management team

Using QuickBooks to track and manage financial data, including sales receipts, invoices, and payments
