We are looking for an Accountant who will be responsible for preparing accounts, budgeting, and managing financial information. He/she could also be advising and helping clients, whether that’s individuals or international companies, on financial situations. Your responsibilities are typically to prepare and examine financial records, assuring information is up to date and accurate.
Responsibilities and Duties Responsibilities
• Monthly Maintaining the Bookkeeping, Journal, Ledger.
• GST calculation and filing.
• TDS calculation on Monthly basis, quarterly basis, and filing.
• Prepare a report on monthly basis to inform the management about liability, pending bills stock balance.
• Salary slip, bonus, loan.
• Knowledge of form 16 preparation.
• Prepare the required documents for CA.
• E-way bill.
• Ensuring the accuracy of financial documents, as well as their compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Preparing and maintaining important financial reports
• Preparing tax returns and ensuring that taxes are paid properly and on time
• Evaluating financial operations to recommend best-practices, identify issues and strategize solutions, and help organizations run efficiently
• Offering guidance on cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and profit maximization
• Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
Qualification & skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 3+ years of accounting/finance experience as an accountant.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem solving and computer skills.
• Highly detail-oriented
• Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes.
• Ethical behaviour.
