You should have a firm grasp of accounting and financial practices and regulations and possess strong computer and verbal and written communication skills.
To ensure success, Accountants should be prompt, honest detail-oriented, professional and analytical. Top candidates will have excellent presentation skills with the ability to successfully communicate complex quantitative data to decision-makers.
Responsibilities
• Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations.
• Maintaining accurate financial records.
• Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
• Compiling, analysing, and reporting financial data.
• Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
• Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
• Computing taxes.
• Making journal or ledger entries.
• Preparing weekly, monthly, and yearly financial reports and budgets.
• Ensuring that company bills are paid and debts are collected.
• Implementing and enforcing financial controls.
• Filling and Claiming GST & TDS.
• Salary processing on monthly basis
• Income Tax Monthly payment of TDS and return filing on quarterly basis
• TDS Administration proper deduction and timely deposit of tax.
• Assisting in Monthly Closing Activity
• Filing of Vouchers and Other Documents
• Purchase and sales entries in Tally.
• Checking of bills and vouchers before preparing the final payment.
• Preparing and renewing bonds for clients and employees.
• Make monthly revenue reports of clients/artists.
Skills & Requirements
• Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
• Bachelors degree in accounting, business, or related field.
• 3+ year Experience in bookkeeping, management, or relevant field may be required.
• Understanding of accounting and financial processes.
• More education or experience may be preferred.
• Excellent skills of Tally Prime
Timings: 10:00 AM 06:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Salary: 3 Lacs to 4.2 Lacs (Annually
