We are Hiring for Accountant
Job Designation: Accountant (Preferably with E-Commerce)
Experience: 8+ Years (Preferably garment industry)
Qualification: M. Com (Hons.) or Equivalent
We are looking for an experienced Head Accountant. The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in accounting. You will be responsible for managing all accounting functions, including general accounting, balance sheet finalization, GST & TDS, income tax provisions, e-commerce reconciliation, and export accounting. The selected candidate should have a good understanding of MS Office, Tally, and other accounting software. Additionally, should be proficient in advance Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general accounting functions and prepare financial statements.
• Prepare and file GST Returns.
• TDS Calculation & File returns.
• Finalize balance sheets and prepare financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and applicable laws.
• Maintain accurately complete financial records- Bank & Vendor reconciliation.
• Well versed with E-commerce reconciliation to ensure that all transactions are properly recorded and reconciled.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Export invoicing & related documents to be filed in Bank.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least 8 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the garment/ retail industry
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Tally, and other accounting software
• Knowledge of GST & TDS and income tax provisions
• E-commerce reconciliation experience is a must.
• Proficient in advance Excel (Pivot Table, V Look up etc)
Additionally, Should Possess good written communication Skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, with attention to detail and accuracy.
