Position: Accountant
Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team at The Shubham Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage accurate financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring timely submission.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to maintain financial stability.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax returns.
- Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and process payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely payment to employees.
_Provide timely financial reports and updates to the company's CA (Chartered Accountant) and MD (Managing Director).
- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
