Accountant - Offshore Accounting Experience
Duration : Fulltime
Location : Anywhere in India / Remote
Job Role & Responsibilities
• Managing day-to-day financial operations
• Handling the accounts receivable, accounts payable, and contract accounts.
• Ensuring all transactions are properly recorded, reviewing journal entries, account balance reconciliations, and report preparation Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
• US Accounts & Finance.
• End to End process in Accounts and Finance Process. Verifying, allocate post and reconcile accounts payable and receivables in QuickBooks Vendor and client reconciliations for USA.
• Preparation of Monthly Financial Statements (Cash Flow, P &l) in consultation with the USA Team Desired Candidate Profile
• US accounting knowledge / knowledge of Quickbooks is preferred.
• Sound knowledge in US Taxation
• Willing to work in US shift timings.
• Excellent Communication skills
