Experience: 2 - 4 years
Skills Required – Proficiency with Tally Accounting Software, Computax Software and Windows Operating System. Familiarity with Google Docs and Google Sheets.
Job Description:
1) Maintaining the office Files, Reports, Company Data & E-Mails. 2) Supervising the day-to-day activity in the office. 3) Preparation of necessary statement like P&L, B&S. 4) Maintaining monitoring inventory, office stock and ordering supplies as necessary. 5) Maintaining petty cash, Accounts Receivable, Payables. 6) Filing of GST, ESIC online filing. 7) Sales data maintenance, Stock Maintenance, Vendor Follow ups etc. 8) Dispatch management. +) Income Tax and TDS Compliance 10) Scan, file and log accounting documents 11) Prepare Sales Invoice, Debit Note, Credit Note, Purchase Orders, Cheques 12) Administrative duties such as: data entry, filing, and document control 13) Support incoming/outgoing invoicing 14) Financial reporting (weekly and monthly support) 15) Supporting accounting team with AR/AP entry and Process flow optimization 16) Other statutory reporting as required
