Requirements:
• High school diploma
• Bookkeeping experience with a firm grasp of accounting principles
• Proficiency in accounting software, with a willingness to learn industry-specific tools
• Adept at preparing, reviewing, and understanding financial statements
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with the plumbing, heating, and air conditioning industry
• Knowledge about ServiceTitan software
• Having an associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
