Job Description
Perform Quality audits to measure accuracy in identifying errors and closure of transactions in specified timelines.
• Provide feedback & coaching to agents for errors identified during Quality checks
• Decisive in Root Cause Analysis and in tracing responsibility
• Interact effectively with upstream and downstream teams discussing process updates and process gaps
• Candidate should have good knowledge & experience of at least 2 years in the PTP & OTC domain
• Shift timing – UK Shift
• Minimum 2 Years of Experience
• Mandatory work from the office
