Washington Air Compressor Rental Co., a +3-year-old family-owned business, is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable/Payroll Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing daily office operations, processing refunds, and assisting in answering the main phone line.
The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of accounting and financial reporting experience, with a working knowledge of ADP Payroll preferred. Proficiency in Excel and Word is required, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.
We are looking for a self-starter who can work independently while maintaining a team environment. The successful applicant must have a desire to succeed, strong relationship-building techniques, and closing skills. Computer skills are essential, and knowledge of construction equipment, durable goods, heavy machinery, building products, or any other mechanical products is helpful but not required.
