Job Description
Financial Accounting and Reporting: -
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Inventory and Stock Management:
Maintain accurate records of stock and inventory levels, ensuring all pharmaceutical products are accounted for.
Monitor and manage stock levels to prevent shortages and overstock situations.
Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile with system records.
