Job description for Accountant- PTP
Invoice Processing – Po and Non PO
Good understanding on invoice mismatch due to price, quantity, tax etc. variance.
Knowledge of payment processing and Banking
Knowledge of urgent payment/wire payments
Vendor query resolution through emails
Employee expense Processing
Hands on experience on Vendor Statement Reconciliation
Vendor Clearing of aged invoices and on hold invoice
Other monthly AP reporting
Good written and verbal communication
Hands on working knowledge of Oracle
