Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely processing of transactions.
Prepare and facilitate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Manage general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Process timely and accurate billing and invoicing.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding account status and payment due dates.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
4+ years of recent, direct accounting experience.
Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
