About the company: Kamdhenu Spaces is a construction firm based out of Pune with multiple ongoing residential and commercial projects in and around the city
Position: Accountant
Location: Yerwada, Pune
Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing and vendor payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and timely completion of audits.
• Assist with payroll processing and related tax filings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions in the accounting system and taxation (direct and indirect).
• Provide support during internal and external financial audits.
• Perform ad-hoc financial tasks and projects as assigned by the finance manager or senior leadership.
• Petty cash management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in the construction/ real estate industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho, etc.) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in work.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
CTC: 60,000 p.m.
