JOB DESCRIPTION POSITION: ACCOUNTANT EXECUTIVE ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Maintain records of vouchers, invoices, payments, Sales tracnsactions, etc. • Preparing cheque and Cash Payment. • Handling all banking related works like NEFT, RTGS, cash, cheques, etc. • Prepare monthly statements of TDS and GST payable. • Income Tax, GST Filing. • Reconciliation of Sundry Debtors & Creditors • Bank Reconciliation and Inventory knowledge. • Preparing profit and loss statements and Balance Sheet • Finalizing accounts, assisting in audits, maintaining ledger, maintaining account of fixed assets, and conducting all other accounting activities • Handling petty cash • Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws, Prepare Salary Statement, PF, and Salary Account. • Communicating with clients and vendors through phone calls or email. SKILLS REQUIRED: • Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables • Communication Skills • Financial Data Entry Management • Time Management • Problem Analysis and Problem-Solving Skills • Teamwork • Creativity for Events, Prospectus and advertisement • Data interpretation
