BankPro is the latest in the group’s expanding financial enterprise, providing professional banking services with flexible and convenient solutions, alongside digital investment platform facilities.
You will join our Accounting and Finance team and become a part of our rapidly growing team working on our BankPro project.
Responsibilities
Perform daily safeguarding tasks, including client money segregation and reconciliation
Execute daily reconciliation and control processes to identify, investigate, and resolve abnormal transactions
Address and resolve issues impacting customers or the control of funds promptly
Support monthly and year-end financial processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Prepare and maintain ad-hoc financial reports as required
Liaise with banks to initiate payments and manage banking relationships
Collaborate with creditors to process reconciliations for bank and creditor accounts
Maintain and update accounting records using accounting software
Requirements
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; part-qualified or newly qualified accountant (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) or AAT qualification
1-4 years of experience in a similar reconciliation or accounting role
Prior experience in reconciliation within an EMI or banking environment is highly desirable
Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and manage workload effectively
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of accounting software is a plus
Fluency in English
