Job Title: Senior Accountant
Location: Pune Maharashtra
Salary Range: ₹40,000 - ₹80,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)

If you possess in-depth knowledge of accounting practices and have the required expertise in GST, TDS, ROC, and accounting software like Tally Prime, we would love to have you on board!
Job Responsibilities:
GST Management: Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST returns, compliance with all GST laws, and handling any GST-related audits or issues.
TDS Compliance: Oversee and manage TDS calculations, filings, and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations.
ROC Knowledge: Handle statutory compliance related to the Registrar of Companies (ROC), filing necessary documents, returns, and maintaining company records.
Advanced Accounting: Manage end-to-end accounting functions, including but not limited to, journal entries, P&L accounts, balance sheet preparation, and reconciliation.
Tally Prime Expertise: Utilize Tally Prime to its full potential for day-to-day accounting, generating reports, maintaining ledgers, and closing books.
PT Cash Management: Maintain and reconcile Professional Tax (PT) accounts and ensure timely payments.
Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, monthly/quarterly reports, and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Internal Controls: Implement and monitor internal control procedures for efficient and accurate financial reporting.
Taxation & Compliance: Handle income tax-related matters, tax calculations, returns, and audits.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams to ensure financial operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum Experience: 11-15 years of experience in accounting and finance.
Educational Qualifications:
Graduation (B.Com) and Post Graduation (M.Com) in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
CA Inter qualification is preferred.
Skills & Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of Balance sheet, P&L Presentation GST, TDS, ROC compliance, and taxation.
Advanced proficiency in Tally Prime and accounting software.
Strong understanding of accounting concepts, from basic to advanced accounting principles.
Knowledge of PT Cash management and statutory compliance.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
