Candidate is expected to have minimum 4-5 years experience in Real Estate Compulsorily. Experience in other industry will not be considered eligible.
Candidate working with Real Estate Developers / CA handling Real Estate Clients will be preferred.
Candidates are expected to handle accounts department independently.
Candidates are expected to Assist External Chartered Accountant with all the raw data, workings in relation to TDS, GST & Scrutiny Matter (if any).
Candidate having basic knowledge of ROC compliances will be preferred. f) Candidate is expected to have knowledge of Finalisation of Accounts.
Candidate having knowledge of Capital gain/loss will be preferred. h) Candidate is expected to assist External Company Secretary for Annual Compliance.

Salary: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
