• Working Hours: 8 hours+ 30 mins+ 30 mins
• In Bound/Out Bound Process: Both
• Voice/Non-Voice (in %): 100 % Voice
• Work environment: 2415
• Working days: 5.5d/w( Alternate Saturdays Off)
• Desired Qualification: Min Graduate (Commerce stream)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Handling the customers Queries
• Documenting the support ticket in CRM
• Making outbound calls for customer support.
• Logging the support ticket for Development in Bugzilla.
Desired Skills:
Commerce graduate.
Should have working knowledge on computers.
Ready work in rotating shifts
