Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant with 1–2 years of experience, proficient in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel, to handle day-to-day accounting tasks including data entry, reconciliations, and financial record-keeping. Key Responsibilities: Record and maintain daily financial transactions in Tally ERP. Prepare and update Excel spreadsheets for reports, cash flow, and inventory tracking. Manage accounts payable/receivable entries and reconciliations. Assist with GST filing, TDS calculations, and other statutory compliances. Prepare vouchers, bills, and invoices. Support in bank reconciliations and petty cash handling. Maintain proper filing of bills and accounting documents. Coordinate with auditors during internal/external audits. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com or equivalent). 1–2 years of accounting experience. Proficient in Tally ERP and Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.). Knowledge of basic taxation (GST, TDS) is a plus. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and time management skills.
