About the Role

This leadership role is part of our well-established Adult Men's Residential Service, working 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The successful candidate will lead a team to ensure clients, staff, and community work together effectively.
Key Responsibilities

Take the lead in ensuring clients, staff, and community work together effectively
Work closely with the team to continually enhance the programme structure
Develop timetables working with residents to keep the programme running smoothly
Innovate new projects allocated based on skills and interests
Role model behaviours based on our service pillars of trust and respect
Manage operational paperwork associated with leadership
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will:
Be a registered health professional
Have experience working with clients in the addiction sector
Have excellent organisational skills
Show good interpersonal skills to communicate effectively
Be able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
