We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team at TechClinic. As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Your expertise will contribute to the overall financial health and success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the company's financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and financial reporting.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and cash flow projections to provide accurate and timely financial information to management.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, including receipts, disbursements, and general ledger entries.
Reconcile bank statements and perform periodic audits of financial data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, providing insights and recommendations for improving financial performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper documentation and recording of financial transactions.
Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including the preparation of journal entries and financial statements.
Conduct periodic reviews of internal controls and processes to identify potential areas of improvement and implement necessary changes.
Assist with external audits and liaise with auditors to provide required financial documentation and information.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience working as an Accountant or in a similar role.
Solid knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial regulations.
Proficient in using accounting software and MS Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record keeping.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Familiarity with healthcare or startup industry would be a plus.
