Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Accounting Manager with a proven track record in managing various financial functions. This is a highly active role that requires a hands-on approach to managing budgets, Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, Accounts Receivable (A.R.), Accounts Payable (A.P.), Payroll, and inventory percentages. Key Responsibilities:
· Financial Management:
• Create monthly P&L statements
• Reconcile bank accounts
• Tie out all balance sheet accounts and make monthly journal entries
• Create annual budgets
• Bring value to the Leadership Team by providing financial insights
· Inventory Management:
Participate in monthly physical counts, reconcile and make adjustments in QuickBooks as necessary.
· Payroll Administration:
Oversee payroll processing, ensuring compliance and accuracy in employee payments.
· Accounts Receivable:
Manage invoicing, revenue recognition and improve collection percentages to optimize cash flow.
· Accounts Payable:
Oversee A.P. processes, ensuring proper approvals, timely and accurate vendor payments.
· Financial Controls:
Implement and maintain financial controls and conduct regular audits.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with a focus on budgeting, P&L management, A.R., A.P., payroll, and inventory management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks desktop and advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
