Essential Responsibilities/Duties:
• Creating and Maintaining Budget reports.
• Recording Project wise Income and Expense inQuickBooks.
• Accounting Audit and Tax Filing.
• All such accounting works that come under this field.
• Providing Financial Reports (P&L A/C,Balance Sheet & Cash Forecast sheet etc.) to higher management when ever required.
• Recording Project wise Income and Expense in QuickBooks.
• Accounting Audit and Tax Filing.
• Running Payroll for Employees
• Time Sheets maintenance in QBooks
• Maintaining Project Costing sheets in excel.
Requirements:
• B.Com + M.Com/MBA.
• At least 5 years of experience in Quick books accounting Software US accounting & Project Cost Accounting in Qbooks.
