JobDescription :
1. PreparationMaintenance and review of Accounts / Bookkeeping and statutorycompliances and fixed assets and supplies.
2.Adhere to the Direct & Indirect taxation compliance withthe Filings and their Due Dates of the respectivefilings.
3. Finalize Accounts and Submit asper the guidelines of company s Policy.
4.Assist in payroll reimbursements and other financialreconciliations.
5. Find Best IndustryPractices and Implement them as suitable for the company sEnvironment and operations.
6. ImproviseInternal Timing & Scrutiny Lag if found in theoperations.
7. Help in preparing the monthlyfinancial reports based on the performance as per theaccounts / books to comply with variousDepartment / Vertical.
8. Vendor ManagementOnboarding payments and coordination.
+.Liaise with Crossfunctional teams i.e. Credit / Operations / Service / legal etc. and ensure the documentary requirements arecomplied with and seamless service gets delivered to the acquiredcustomers.
10. Go the extra mile to buildtrust relationships customer loyalty and satisfaction throughoutthe underwriting process and operate in compliance with laws andregulations and adhere to lending complianceguidelines.
