Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual who enjoys multi-tasking. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and looking to further their career.
Duties:
- Assist with daily invoicing and billing
- Make loading and unloading appointments
- Create load sheets for dispatch
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.
- Utilize QuickBooks Enterprise financial record keeping
- Ensure smooth communication within the office and with external parties
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven work experience in an office/clerical setting
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Prior experience with QuickBooks a plus
