Job Description
The role of the Accounting Administrator involves providing financial, administrative and clerical support to the organization. Their role is to complete payments and control expenses by receiving payments, plus processing, verifying and reconciling invoices.
• Job Duties:
- Match purchase orders to invoices and enter invoices into accounting software
- Filing SPIFF claims using Great Plains software
- Log in information regarding vendors to file SPIFF claims.
- Upload and manage end of life products on corporate pricing files.
- Enter travel reports and confirm that entries match our system.
- Work with US based accounting team to plan and execute data entry and administrative projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
• Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in same field.
- Proficient in Microsoft excel
- Knowledge of Microsoft Great Plans
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to meet pressing deadlines with an attention to detail
