What You’ll Do
• Responsible for timely and accurate processing of all employee reimbursement claims from receipt to processing.
• Auditing/Scrutinizing expense reimbursement reports for completeness of receipts/documents/approvals and if in compliance with established policies /procedures/guidelines.
• Determining reasonableness and legitimacy of claimed expenses and inquiring with the employees wherever required.
• Ensuring process compliance and enforcement of best practices with respect to employee reimbursement process across the company
• Ensuring timely resolution of employee claims/reimbursements queries.
• Ensuring accurate coding of reimbursement expenses to relevant GL code for accurate booking of expenses.
• Supports for Foreign currency payments, CA certifications and Documentation for bank transfer.
• Supports for day-to-day Accounts Payable process viz. invoicing, query handling, vendor management along with accurate and timely processing of invoices (Advances, vendor payments)
• Checking invoices for legitimacy, GST / Tax compliances, TDS, PO, SOP compliance etc.
• Reviewing invoices to ensure they contain the necessary information for accounting and payment. Ensuring that it adheres to all Contracts, internal policies & procedures.
• Supporting on Internal and external audits.
• Oracle/ concur /or any T&E reimbursement tool experience will be an asset to this role.
About You
• CA Inter/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
• 3 - 5 year’s experience with expense processing and accounts payable role.
• Travel & Expense management experience required
• Demonstrates strong analytical, communication and writing skills
• Must be deadline driven, organized, and exhibit problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
