Job Description: • Position: Accounting Analyst • Type: Full-Time • Location: Bangalore(India) Key Responsibilities: • Reconciliation: Perform detailed financial reconciliations to ensure accuracy across bank accounts and transactions in compliance with internal policies. • Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, adhering to standard accounting practices. • Accounts Receivable/Payable (AR/AP): Efficiently manage the entire AR and AP cycles, from invoice generation to payment processing, including managing cash flows and chasing overdue payments. • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of periodic financial reports, providing insights and analyses to support decision-making. • Experience working in US GAAP is Must. Required Skills and Qualifications: • 1- 6 years of relevant experience in financial reconciliation, bookkeeping, and AR/AP functions. • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software like Netsuite. • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment
