This role is integral to our operations, working closely with internal team members, client vendors, and external legal, financial, and tax professionals
Your primary responsibilities will include tracking and analyzing large volumes of financial data, managing AP/AR/Payroll, and reporting on various bank and brokerage accounts and complex financial investments to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual tax-related deadlines
Perform daily tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and follow-up with clients and third parties
Maintain entries in QuickBooks Online and our performance reporting software, ensuring accurate categorization and documentation
Generate monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc P&L, Balance Sheet, and miscellaneous reports for individuals and entities
Manage client bill pay requests using Bill.com to ensure timely and accurate payments
Establish new bill pay accounts, set up auto payments, and monitor activity to prevent errors
Reconcile bank accounts, retrieve statements, and maintain filing integrity
Update and track changes to client net worth statements using reporting software
Analyze large datasets, verify accuracy, correct discrepancies, and eliminate duplications
Assist in client meeting preparation and follow-up by issuing reports and completing relevant tasks
Perform complex cash flow and financial planning analyses
Coordinate with vendors, bank representatives, accountants, and other third parties
Manage payroll for clients’ household employees, entity employees, and independent contractors
Prepare and distribute tax forms such as 1099, 1098, and 1096
Complete special projects as requested
