About the Company :
Stader Labs is on a mission to bring sustainable staking yields from digital assets to 1Bn+ users. Stader aims to be the distribution layer of staking while building protocols and products which enhance the security, decentralization, liquidity, governance of some of the major DPoS blockchain networks like Ethereum.
Roles & Responsibility :
• Data collection & report preparation for treasury positions to facilitate treasury reviews by leadership.
• Interacting & liaising with stakeholders to prepare monthly operating budget, performing variance analysis, identifying trends.
• Work closely with different stakeholders to gather details relevant for the preparation of the monthly P&L statements across various blockchains.
• Taking up FinOps activities like assisting in invoicing, payouts and unlocks.
• Conducting need based analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Automation of data collection processes, identifying areas for cost optimisations, streamlining business processes & reporting methods.
Requirements :
• Semi qualified CA, preferably from a Big4 firm / reputed mid size firm.
• Experience of 3+ years in auditing / accounting and financial analysis.
• Ability to manage time well, attention to detail & analytical skills.
• Strong interest and basic understanding of Blockchains, Cryptocurrencies & Decentralized Finance.
