Role and Responsibilities The Accounting and Finance Analyst is responsible for various corporate finance functions including month end closing, reporting and analysis, fixed asset administration, review & reporting of Internal controls for financial reporting & other adhoc projects. · Prepare monthly journal entries and account reconciliations · Perform monthly variance analysis vs. forecast and prior periods · Review and improve internal controls and Accounting/Finance policies and procedures · Reports and administers Fixed Asset/Other Asset reporting and administration, including leading fixed asset verifications. · Completes Internal control financial reporting (ICFR) testing and reporting, including planning and project management. · Prepares GST tax filings and coordinate with corporate on state/federal tax compliance and accounting activities. · Assists finance manager with ongoing and special projects as assigned, including implementation of new accounting standards Qualifications a& Education Requirements (Experience 1-2 years only) CA 2026/ interim /CA pursuing B.Com, ACA with 1-2 years of Progressive accounting experience Preferred Skills Good Accounting knowledge, Strong MS Office- Excel proficiency, Prior Experience with Oracle/ERP solutions will be beneficial.
