We are currently seeking to fill an accounting position, based in Mishawaka, IN.
This is a full-time hourly position.
The accounting team works with managers and departments within all Indiana locations while coordinating finances with the treasury department in California.
This role is fast-paced and requires a team player who is organized and able to meet deadlines.
The team member needs to have a resilient disposition, dependable, good attendance, and has a positive attitude.
Member needs to represent the company in a professional, and friendly manner.
A strong accounting background with good communication and the ability to multi-task are keys.
Candidates must be able to take direction while prioritizing work load.
Previous experience in Epics, Oracle, and Microsoft systems is desirable.
The accounting team also provides back up to the front desk which includes answering a multi-line phone console.

Responsibilities:
Maintains, organizes, and processes payables Investigates discrepancies internally and externally Customer Credit investigations Logistic tracking and processing Enter and Coding AP Invoices with general ledger Create, print, & validate checks Month end cut off and reporting which includes AP receipts and intercompany netting Follow-up with Customer Service team and other management regarding accounting information Various office accounting functions And whatever else is needed PREVIOUS
Experience:
3-5 year's A/P experience Able to multi-task and meet deadlines Able and willing to work and be a part of a team Experience in Excel Spreadsheets Knowledge of Microsoft, Word, Outlook, and Access Excellent data entry speed and accuracy Epics and Oracle systems experience a plus Job Type:
