Who we’re looking for
You’ll need to be:
· A post 6th form school leaver or career changer with a minimum of 96 UCAS points form three A Levels or equivalent, plus 5 GCSEs (including English Language and Maths) at grade C/4 or above.
· Ambitious, motivated, and eager to learn. The kind of person who asks questions, seeks out feedback, and strives to improve.
· A confident communicator and a team player.
· Someone with a head for numbers and a genuine interest in business and finance.
· Proactive and adaptable, with the energy and resilience to rise to a challenge.
