Overview Of The Accounting Assistant Role
• Reconciling and balancing accounts
• Receiving and recording vouchers, cash, and checks
• Checking for accuracy in reports, figures, and postings
• Communicating with vendors in a timely and professional manner regarding inquiries, invoicing, and discrepancies
• Administrative work includes general filing and data entry when necessary
Preferred Qualifications For The Accounting Assistant
• Minimum two years of accounting clerk (or similar) experience!
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills; experience with a major ERP
• Strong attention to detail, very accurate data entry skills
Salary: $3+,450 - $4+,450 depending on experience
