About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on the company's accounting-related entries in the accounting software
2. Ensure accuracy & timeliness details of job costing (revenue and cost) are timely updated and correctly in systems
3. Verify, sort, and send all billing documents to the customer within the timeline
4. Support customer service/sale in customer query resolution and exceptional handling
5. Communicate proactively to related parties, both external & internal, in case of exceptions
7. Ensure adherence to all internal and external policies and practices of work Skill(s) required
