Job Title: Accounting Clerk (Temporary to Hire)
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk for a temporary to hire position. This role supports our client's finance team by managing daily accounting tasks and ensuring accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
• Data Entry: Input financial data accurately
• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices and reconcile accounts
• Record Keeping: Maintain organized financial records
• Bank Reconciliations: Assist with monthly bank reconciliations
• Expense Reports: Review and process employee expense reports
• Support: Assist with accounting projects and ad hoc tasks
• Communication: Resolve billing issues with vendors and clients
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 1+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
