Responsibilities: As an Accounting Clerk, you will:
• Accurately process accounts payable transactions in a timely manner.
• Maintain financial records, including expense reports, invoices, and receipts.
• Reconcile discrepancies and resolve accounting issues with meticulous attention to detail.
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial close procedures.
• Provide support to the Finance team with administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
Qualifications: We are looking for candidates who possess:
• A high school diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in an accounting or finance role (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and NetSuite.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
