• Utilizing Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks.
• Assisting with billing procedures and ensuring all bills are sent out in a timely manner.
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions when required.
• Ensuring all financial records are kept up to date and are accurate.
• Providing support to the accounting team and other related tasks as needed.
• Resolving customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Assisting in processing customer credit applications.
• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) operations
• Demonstrable experience with Billing procedures
• Skilled in Data Entry tasks
• Knowledge of Invoice Processing methods
• Ability to use Microsoft Excel effectively
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Good communication skills for interacting with clients and colleagues
• A degree in Accounting or a related field would be advantageous
• Familiarity with accounting software and databases
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Strong analytical skills and ability to identify errors
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
• Excellent organization skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
