We are currently seeking an Accounting Clerk for our payroll department to assist in gathering, recording, calculating and entering daily time from our field service and shop employees, as well as, performing other general administrative functions
Daily timecard review and entry into ERP system
Tracking Vacation, Sick & Personal time on weekly log
Verifying available PTO and entering in ERP system
Summarizing daily timecards for shop & field services
Reviewing weekly data entry log and making corrections
Completing weekly expense reports
Filing

We are currently seeking an Accounting Clerk for our payroll department to assist in gathering, recording, calculating and entering daily time from our field service and shop employees, as well as, performing other general administrative functions.
