Accounting Clerk - Urgent Hire Details
• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 18.00 to $ 20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:30am to 04:00pm )
• Running reports and analyzing data
• Entering financial transactions
• Reconciling statements and accounts
• Maintaining financial records
• Reviewing transactions and documents for accuracy and completeness
• Applying analytical and critical thinking to assigned tasks
• Researching transactions
• Maintaining files (electronic and hard copy)
Accounting Clerk - Urgent Hire Qualifications
• Previous experience in accounting or finance-related roles preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, particularly Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record maintenance
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
• A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed. You will be required to complete and submit a questionnaire.
