• Role & responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and implement effective control measures
- Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and industry best practices, recommending improvements as necessary
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
