Job Description
Our client (based in Coimbatore), is looking for an Accounts Executive with 2-4 years of relevant experience to join their team.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for daily P&L and other reports like sales, purchases, expenses, and outstanding reports.
• Responsible for daily MIS
• Responsible for liaising with the auditor’s office for accounting and Secretarial works.
• Responsible for daily stock updates
• Responsible for billing, invoicing, and bookkeeping.
• Responsible for petty cash
• Responsible for attendance and salary-related matters.
• Responsible for payments and inward remittances update
• Responsible for bank accounts reconciliation
• Responsible for sending outstanding updates to the vendors at agreed timelines
• Responsible for sending PO to the vendors and clearing payments against the PO.
• Responsible for the overall data maintenance at the HO
• Responsible for providing required data to the management at regular intervals.
Other information relating to the role
• The role entails working from office (Vellanaipatti, Coimbatore) with 6 days of work.
• The compensation for this position is between 20k - 25k per month.
