Job Title: Accounting Executive - Amadora

What you'll do

· Head the business process workshop to outline client procedures and processes

Mainly into F&B industry

· Ensure configuration of the general ledger, cash management, accounts payable, and accounts receivable

· Provide support in completing data processing and modification tasks; create and design financial reports; and document packages

· Perform regular analysis on accounting issues and resolve it efficiently.

· Completing attendance daily including any day of absence calls and calculating the salary

· Offer ongoing assistance to customers, including attending to their concerns; and assist with financial reporting

· Work closely with the sales unit to work out better ways of improving the firm’s chances of closing bargains

· Work out engagements and handle statements of work

· Accomplish monthly and yearly billable and utilization targets regularly

· Follow-up on daily/monthly/yearly financial reports and ensure that we are within the budget

· Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree is required

• 3-6 years of experience and possession of Fundamental Payroll Certification or Certified payroll Professional

• Strong interpersonal skills and Quick Learner

• Decision Making and must be strong in client acquisition

• Able to manage a diverse team of subordinates

• Strong oral and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From ₹300,000.00 per year
