Accounting Expertise Required
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to support our finance operations with a focus on accounts payable and receivable processes.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the real estate or construction sector and be well-versed in vendor payment workflows, reconciliations, and international accounting coordination.
Responsibilities and Expectations:
• Process vendor invoices accurately and timely
• Obtain internal approvals and coordinate with stakeholders
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies and variances
• Manage payment cycles and maintain vendor records
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and reporting timelines
Qualifications and Experience:
• M.Com or MBA in Finance from a recognized institution
• 4 - 6 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable
• Prior exposure to real estate or construction industry preferred
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
