Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Professional to lead our team with Accounts Payable tasks. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of preparation & review of financial statements and be familiar with US GAAP. Key responsibilities include:
Performing daily accounting activities, including AP management
Creating invoices and managing vendor W+ collections
Managing payroll for clients and performing AP monthly close activities
Preparing financial statements and 10++ filings
Requirements for Successful Candidate:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, CA certification preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office
Knowledge of QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero, Bill.com, ExpensifyTM, and other US accounting systems
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
