We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our team at MNC Group. As a key member of our financial management department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounting processes.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Indian accounting practices and be proficient in one or more of the following areas: Bookkeeping, General Ledger (GL), Management Record-to-Report (R2R), Month-End Closing, Year-End Accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the general ledger, ensuring accurate and timely posting of transactions
• Perform bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions and preparing balance sheets
• Assist in record-to-report processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Closing period activities, including trial balances and financial statement preparation
• Year-end accounts preparation, including audit support
Requirements:
• Fresher to experienced candidates with any qualification preferred in Finance
• Strong communication skills in Polish, both written and verbal
• Basic knowledge of Indian accounting standards and practices
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
• Team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
