Job Role: Invoice Financial Analyst

The Invoice Financial Analyst is responsible for managing the end-to-end invoicing process to ensure accurate and timely billing to clients. This role requires close collaboration with various departments to reconcile timesheets, validate billing data, and resolve discrepancies.

The Invoice Financial Analyst will maintain detailed records of all invoices and payments to ensure compliance with company policies and client agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Management">
• Generate, review, and process financial documents for services provided to ensure accuracy and compliance with client contracts.">
• Reconcile financial reports and other related documents with project data to ensure correct financials.">
• Manage financial transactions, including fixed-fee, time & materials (T&M), milestone, and prepayment invoices.">
">
• Communication & Problem Solving">
• Submit financial documents into client tools and follow up on payments to ensure all invoices are paid within agreed terms.">
• Address and resolve stakeholder inquiries or disputes related to billing.">
• Maintain detailed records of all financial documents, including payment status.">
• Prepare and share weekly and monthly financial reports updating on key points.">
• Monitor and track overdue financial documents and escalate issues as necessary.">
• Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.">
• Collaborate with team members to implement best practices and new processes.">
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities as needed.">

• Skills & Qualifications">
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial data.">
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.">
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.">
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with strict deadlines.">
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex financial issues.
