About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Lead to manage end-to-end accounting and reconciliation processes. This role requires strong knowledge of accounting concepts and leadership skills to manage a team of 10-15 members. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth month-end close and reporting, adhere to KPIs/SLAs, and drive audit deliverables.
Responsibilities
• Manage multiple partners to ensure seamless execution of accounting tasks.
• Ensure timely completion of month-end close and reporting.
• Adhere to KPIs/SLAs and review the timely execution of controls.
• Drive audit deliverables and submit evidence in line with requirements.
• Build customer relationships, drive confidence, and improve customer happiness through effective communication and process updates.
Requirements
• MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
• Meaningful work experience in accounting and leadership roles.
• Preferred qualifications: CA Inter degree and experience in General Ledger.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel.
• Scope for working under different ERP packages - JDE & SAP.
